Terms and Conditions

*You can cancel your order within 24hrs.

*Rings and pendants will incur a 50% charge if cancelled after 24hrs.

*I cannot refund rings that are the incorrect size, it is your responsibility to ensure the correct size.
 

*As my items are personal customised items and cannot be re-sold, I cannot offer returns for refunds unless the item is faulty, in which case you can return the item within 14days of delivery.

 If there is a problem with your order, I will endeavour to make it right by re-doing any item(s).

*Please ensure hair is sent to me free from debris and cleaned. This applies particularly to horse hair.

*I don't provide a sample packaging pack once you've ordered, unlike large companies. I simply cannot afford to do this. Please can you post hair/ashes to me in small sealed bag where necessary. If you need help or advice, do contact me.

*I can't offer engraving. I've tried. I'm rubbish!
